These Terms govern your purchase and use of Guarda, a live wallpaper application for Windows. By submitting an order request or using the software, you agree to these Terms.

1. Product

Guarda is a desktop application for Windows 10 and Windows 11 that renders animated live wallpapers. The product is delivered digitally as an installer together with a personal license key.

2. Ordering and payment

No payment is collected on this website. When you submit the order form, we email you a secure payment link. Your license is issued after the payment of $59 USD (one-time) is confirmed. Submitting the form creates no obligation to pay.

3. License

Your license is perpetual (lifetime) and covers activation on up to 3 personal computers. All future updates are included at no additional cost. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your license key publicly.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, reply to your order email. Refunds are issued in full to the original payment method.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the software.
• Do not use the software for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Guarda is an independent product and is not affiliated with Microsoft Corporation.
